For those who are either not yet ready for a group class experience or simply prefer one-on-one attention, private classes are available. Private classes offer accelerated learning opportunities and close supervision for an enjoyable experience. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, LTMovement© Pilates can be tailored to suit your needs and personal goals.

10:00am | VIRTUAL LTMovement© LIVE Pilates Mat in partnership with Riverhead Free Library & North Shore Public Library

LTMovement© will host this class EVERY Monday at 10:00am. Please review individual library schedules (listed on their websites) for specific dates that each library plans to participate.

11:30am | Gentle Mat Pilates

Classes are held in the Hampton Bays Public Library.

Every Monday, 11:30am

4:30pm | Warm Mat Pilates

Classes are held in the Doza Yoga studio in Westhampton.

Every Monday, 4:30pm

5:30pm | Evening Pilates at Westhampton Free Library

Classes are held at Rogers Beach in Westhampton (under pavilion).

8:00am | Morning Pilates at Stony Brook Hampton Bays Studio (open to Cancer Center & public)

Classes will resume Tuesday, September 17th! Classes are open to all, and offered both as virtual or in person.

10:15am | Morning Cardio & Sculpt at Quogue Library

Classes are held in person at Quogue Library (outdoors in summer months).

12:30pm | Pelvic Floor Pilates at Stony Brook Wellness Center in Southampton

Classes are held in the Stony Brook Wellness Space at Southampton Hospital.

Every Tuesday, 12:30-1:30pm. Open to all adults!

2:30pm | Ballet Barre

Classes are held both in-person and virtually at the Hampton Bays Wellness Center Studio

Every Tuesday, 2:30pm.

Ballet encourages core stabilization, strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. No previous experience necessary. Ballet slippers or socks and fitness attire are recommended.


 

WEDNESDAY:
