A Note from Leisa…

Humility is my ammunition. It’s why I begin each class by un-arming myself. Just me, you, and the mat.

There are endless ways to elevate your vibration and, since my surgery, I’ve found that nothing makes quite as loud of an impact as being wholeheartedly, unapologetically me — the real me. Vulnerable, inspired, exhausted, sore, fulfilled, scared, grateful...my clients are aware of it all. And in that moment, I hope we realize that our bodies do more for us than arguably anyone ever could. Movement never truly dissolves. It remains, always...
