LTMovement© | STUDIO | presents POSTURE POWER & BONE INTEGRITY: Strength & Vitality
VIRTUAL OSTEOPOROSIS WORKSHOP with Susan Feldman, PT & Master Clinician
Saturday, April 11th @ 10:00am EST
Osteoporosis is a common bone disease, characterized by decreased density and structural deterioration. Bones can become weak, brittle, and highly susceptible to fractures from minor falls or daily activities.
Approximately 80% of the 10 million Americans with this “silent disease” are women, particularly post-menopausal women, often due to lower bone mass and rapid loss of estrogen loss. While women are at higher risk, men can still develop it, especially over age 65.
For this workshop, we will address posture power and bone integrity. You will recognize the importance of postural alignment and better understand exercise modifications.
