Paula Montagna Bio:
Paula Montagna is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with more than 38 years of experience helping people use food as medicine to prevent disease, age with vitality, and manage chronic conditions. Blending Integrative and Functional Medicine with Culinary Nutrition, she leads workshops, cooking demonstrations, and community programs that empower individuals to nourish themselves in ways that support long-term wellness and vibrant living. She currently serves as Director of Clinical Nutrition at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.
