Join Sarah for a strength training-focused class designed to help you build power, confidence, and proper form. Through functional movements and weight training, her classes aim to improve overall strength, enhance mobility, and teach techniques that support long-term fitness and everyday movement.
Meet Sarah, a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor based on the East End of Long Island. With a degree in psychology from Boston College, she deeply values the connection between mind and body, and sees movement as a powerful tool for building both physical and mental resilience.
You can also find Sarah at Southampton Youth Services (SYS), where she teaches classes like LIFT, Strength, Balance, and Tone, and co-leads UpLift, a wellness program designed to empower high school girls.
